Dry Sprinkler System Service and Winter Prep
Trip tests, air supply checks and winter prep for parking garages and other unheated spaces across the GTA.
Dry pipe sprinkler systems protect parking garages, loading docks, attics and other spaces that can freeze. They need more care than wet systems, especially in the fall. We service dry systems in Etobicoke, Mississauga and across the GTA.
What we do
- Dry pipe valve trip tests on the NFPA 25 schedule
- Air compressor and air pressure checks
- Draining low points and auxiliary drains before it freezes
- Checking for water left in the piping that could freeze and burst
- Repairs to dry valves, compressors and trim
Book it before the first freeze
If water freezes in a dry system it can crack the pipe and flood the garage. Get your fall service done before the cold weather hits.
