Fire Sprinkler Work for Tenant Fit-Outs

When a unit gets built out for a new tenant, the sprinklers have to match the new layout. We do the sprinkler part of office, retail and industrial fit-outs across the GTA, and we work around your general contractor and property manager so the sprinklers don't slow the job down.

What we do on a fit-out

• Move heads to suit new walls and rooms
• Add heads in new offices, washrooms and storage rooms
• Drop heads below new ceilings and bulkheads
• Handle the shutdown and put the system back in service
• Give you a written record of the work for the landlord and inspector

Working with your contractor

We work to your construction schedule. We rough in once the walls are framed and finish once the ceilings are closed. You deal with the owner the whole way through.

Small jobs are welcome

A lot of big sprinkler companies won't rush a five head fit-out. We're happy to take it on.
